He is recognized for pioneering the methodology the Lean Startup, a recipe for entrepreneurs to use resources as efficiently as possible. In the following exclusive WOBI interview he explains the concept behind the Lean Startup, how to apply it to achieve successful new ventures, and the key role that vision and strategy play in our path to becoming entrepreneurs.
